Since when did Imanhorn become a Gloria critic. HMM

Been covering her SONA lies I mean speech and her misdeed during Ondoy and swallowing vomit.

And she never fails to disgust me. While our nation is scrambling to procure emergency disaster funds which she apparently guzzled up during her travels abroad, she sinks to an all time low with her facebook ad.

How much does a facebook ad costs? It depends, but starting up an ad costs $5 and additional costs for targetting a population (Her ads have been appearing in Mindanao) and the costs rise as more people click on the ads or view the ads.  To summarize it up, GMA is set to burn serious money for a face book ad. If she goes CPC, every click costs like any where from $0.1 to $0.7 if she goes CPM, the costs being higher as she would have to pay for ever 1000 views. Facebook has nearly 3 million users and climbing so imagine the pesos to dollars the ad has to pay.

And if she serves bull crap that the ad is made by her detractrors, maybe I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt, that is, if she says sorry.

Some part of my mind kept tickling me. Tickle as in being brushed by thorns and suddenly I remembered an earlier post! Talk about swallowing your word, GMA must have indigestion by now.

Ondoy aftermath throws back GMA’s word and promises, swallows them up and vomits it back again.

Dunno if this is all true, but Inquirer is a national newspaper.

MANILA, Philippines—She ordered the Palace thrown open to the common folk, and was annoyed at what she saw.

A long stretch of impoverished Filipinos peeking through the gates of the Kalayaan compound under the intense afternoon heat was the sight that greeted President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo a day after she issued her unprecedented order.

It was apparently the closest that her staff could get to the planned National Relief Operations Center on the Palace grounds to help victims of Tropical Storm “Ondoy” (international codename: Ketsana).

The President beheld the scene when she arrived at Kalayaan Hall at around 1:30 p.m. from a Cabinet meeting in Camp Aguinaldo. Her face turning sour, she ordered the Palace guards to immediately let the people in.

Hermogenes Esperon, Ms Arroyo’s chief of staff, tried to downplay his boss’ annoyance, saying: “She just didn’t want to see the people lined up outside.”

About an hour later, the number of people expecting relief goods swelled to around 500. Many of them were women and kids dressed in tattered clothes and slippers.

An old man in a wheelchair fell in line, at the end of which volunteers distributed nothing more than hamburger buns.

Repacking center only

Esperon said there was an apparent miscommunication: Malacañang was not supposed to be an evacuation center, as was announced on Monday.

“This is a repacking center, meaning we will receive donations, repack them, then send them to evacuation centers where the flood victims are,” he told the Philippine Daily Inquirer. “If they want to receive relief goods, they should go to the evacuation centers.”

But it was Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita who announced that offices at the Kalayaan buildings could be used to temporarily house flood victims.

To avoid disappointing those who came, many of whom were from communities just outside Malacañang, volunteers handed out pieces of bread and soft drinks.

By 3:30 p.m., most of them were filing out of Kalayaan.

And it has happened, crocodiles of the barong tagalog wearing kind have invaded the concrete jungle and are starting to show their fangs as well as crocodiles of the muddy deep have risen! Said crocodiles aren’t limited to the Gucci bag class but also crocs who don’t hesitate in eating their own kind.

The 7 deadly Crocodiles of the Ondoy Aftermath

1.) Crocodiles of greed, you see them floating around wet markets. After the DTI and DA left, they suddenly jacked up the prices of meats, vegetables and other commodities by as much as 15-30 Pesos increase.

2.) Crocodiles of gluttony, repacked relief goods making them smaller before giving to the needy. Some crocs of gluttony also cleaned store shelves as they bought supplies they could possibly consume for 1 month.

3.) Crocodiles of sloth, we’re apathetic crocs who didn’t move to help. Some  crocs took their sweet time getting to areas of need and rescue.

4.) Crocodiles of pride, pasted their names and faces on relief goods, made claim stubs with their names and even commercials about how they helped people.

5.) Crocodiles of wrath, vented anger on small things instead of helping others and blaming others blaming all except self and even bashing innocent people here and their and even at their own crocodile kind

6.) Crocodiles of envy, looted neighbors, abandoned houses, stores without remorse, jacked cars, stole from the dead.

7.) Crocodiles of lust…  missing so far, very well behaved crocodile.

There you have it, the seven deadly crocodiles! Now question is, which one are you?

Whew what a hectic day yesterday!

Points of clarification. I’m not related at all to heavily mentioned FB user Jacque Bermejo, I just feel what few bloggers felt. She was a victim.

I also felt what majority felt, there are other things that should be on focus right now and that is the aftermath of Ondoy rather than venting hatred at some unknown woman. I’d rather waste time for the unknown dead who still have to be buried, the unknown dying and suffering yet to receive help, the unknown heroes some of which probably died in saving people.

After all, I am one of the pinoys who wants a change!

So it seems like ABS has finally managed to reach Ms Jacque. Kasi some of us (I think most pinoys) think that people are on the Net 24 hours. Whatever the reason for the delay of her defense eto na, reposting the statements of Ms. Jacque (the real one) from a legitimate source ABS-CBN news

However, in an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN Middle East News Bureau, the person behind the controversial name maintained her innocence.

Bermejo denied posting the insulting remarks on Facebook. The marketing executive is saddened by the comments she receives from fellow Filipinos for something she says she did not do.

“Pero naman kung ako siguro ang nakakita sa post na yun, mag iisip naman ako na, bakit naman niya gagawin iyan. Bakit niya ilalagay ang picture niya? Bakit niya ilalagay ang real identity niya? Parang bine-bait niya sarili niya na, ‘Ok, kill me’,” said Bermejo.

She explained that someone hacked her Facebook account and manipulated its contents two years ago. This prompted her to deactivate her account.

She said that an unidentified source created the accounts using her name, her personal details, and pictures.

“Because of these incidents, I reported such abuses and sent my credentials to the administrators of such sites, particularly Facebook. I have been abused and am still being abused online in social networking websites such as Facebook, Friendster, Multiply etc,” Bermejo’s statement said.

Her friends called her up and informed her about the cruel “shoutout” on the Facebook account and the numerous comments from other users.

“These malicious statement(s) which are posted under account names Jacque or Jackie are not of my doing. It is unfortunate that such statements were maliciously attributed to me and I do sympathize and understand the adverse and somehow verbally violent reaction that has been elicited by such insensitive statements or posts. Rest assured, I have taken every legal step that can be done in this regard,” the statement added

“I am devastated and shocked at the extent my character, my personal information and private space have been violated,” she stated.

A user named “Ondoy” posted on September 28, 2009: “Hambalusin na yan!”

Anonymous said: “don’t worry dadalaw tayo sa burol ni jacq bermejo. titingnan natin kung talagang patay siya! (sic)”

Jay-ar said: “meron ba kaung pix ng taong yan? baka kasi makasalubong ko sya mabigyan lang ng mag asawang bitch slap! grrrr…!! (sic)”

Srub09 commented: “sana sya na lng ang inanud ng baha!!porke nakapunta na ng ibang bansa.kung sino na makapagsalita…sipain ko yang mukha mo! (sic)”

Alyssa stated: “she’s pathetic and lacks good moral. dummy.(sic)”

Even pictures like these were made without sufficient reason, overboard self-righteous hatred.

What a tactless woman. FYI Dubai isn’t faring well in the world market. Just because you’re living in someplace outside of the Philippines doesn’t set you ABOVE us. The way you said it implies that you’re not a sinner. Epal naman girl.
