How did they cheat the supposedly un-hackable PCOS machine? Simple they DIDN’T! It’s just a machine and it’s infallibility can only determined by the data it’s given. If it’s given the correct data it will report the correct data, if it’s fed the wrong data it will still report it. It’s the HUMAN FACTOR that caused the election fraud. Here’s the HOW and to Pinoys out there who are reading this, report if you saw any of the officials doing so.

1. PCOS machines diverted- I don’t know what happened but a BEI managed to divert some 60 machines to his own home, if he could do it how about the officials? How is the diverted PCOS machine important? For one thing, you can VOTE ALL YOU WANT!

2. Extra ballots printed! WMD posted that there were 153 million registered voters! HOW THE HECK DID WE REACH A POPULATION OF 153 MILLION VOTERS??? Even a 90 million registered voters is DUBIOUS at most! Would this mean even BABIES and BELOW 18 voted? The important question now is WHERE ARE THE EXTRA 100 MILLION BALLOTS when only 50 million voted?

3. Pre-shaded ballots - Shame on the BEI’s and volunteers!

4. Weird time intervals of ballots as reported by PCOS machines – I’ve voted and the process usually takes 15-30 seconds especially when 2 voters or more finish at the same time. I say 15 or more 30 seconds cause the BEI usually double check the ballot, splash indelible ink (that lasted only 3 days btw), get back the special markers  etc. It also takes about 5-15 seconds for the PCOS machine to validate the ballot inserted. There are reports of ballot intervals of only 2 seconds to 5 seconds!

5. The CF flash cards. Could be preprogrammed or worse SWITCHED. Are they even encrypted? There was no mention of data encryption of the flash cards. Any official could obtain a copy of the flash cards during the trials of SMARTMATIC and have duplicates made with votes the official wanted. There are even BEIs who uploaded the data in the cards via INTERNET CAFE!

Consider this as proof of election fraud! Although I would like to ingrain to people, it’s not the process that made the elections fraudulent, it’s the rotten COMELEC, CANDIDATES and GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS. In fact we should be thankful to the PCOS machines that because of the technology, tracing candidates who cheated are now made easy!

Those who were caught should be made to answer the law!
